We ship unframed map prints within Canada. Standard Canadian shipping is free, and prices are in Canadian dollars. Available dimensions and prices appear on each product page. Frames pictured in mockups are not included.
Prints are made to order. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Estimated delivery within Canada is 4–6 business days after ordering. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; remote destinations, holidays and carrier disruptions may take longer. Once your order ships, we will send tracking information when supplied by the carrier. An order containing multiple prints may arrive in separate packages.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact support@fabledmaps.com with your order reference. We will investigate with our printing and shipping partners. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@fabledmaps.com with your order reference before sending a print back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send returns directly to the printer or to an address on the shipping label.
For change-of-mind returns, prints should be unused, unaltered and protected against damage in transit. The customer pays return postage; there is no restocking fee and we do not deduct the original free shipping cost. After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we refund the print price and applicable tax to the original payment method. We issue the refund within five business days after inspection; your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order reference and, where practical, photos of the print and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any return shipping we require. The 30-day change-of-mind policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
To request a cancellation or address correction, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop or amend production, but cannot promise this once printing has begun. Any statutory cancellation rights still apply.

We collect the information needed to take and fulfil an order: contact and delivery details, items purchased, payment references, order status and customer-service correspondence. We use this information to process payments, arrange printing and delivery, handle returns, prevent fraud and keep required business records.
Stripe and PayPal process payment details on their checkout services. Our store receives payment status and transaction references; it does not store full card numbers. For fulfillment, Gelato and its production and shipping partners receive the details needed to print and deliver your order.
The website and order records are hosted by Render in the United States. Our payment, fulfillment and support providers may also process information outside Canada, where local laws may permit authorities to access it. Resend processes recipient email addresses and order-email content to deliver transactional messages. Support messages are forwarded to the proprietor’s Gmail account.
We use essential browser storage to remember your bag and checkout attempt, and a session cookie to associate checkout with your browser. The current storefront does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. External social-media links take you to those services and their privacy practices apply there.
We restrict access to order data and keep it only as long as needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention and legal recordkeeping. You may contact us to request deletion; records needed for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute may need to be retained. We do not sell customer information. Marketing subscriptions, if introduced, will be separate from order communications.

We sell physical, unframed art prints of existing map designs. A purchase does not include source files, digital downloads or reproduction rights. Decorative maps are not intended for navigation. Screen colours may differ from a physical print.
Before paying, review your map, size, quantity, shipping address, delivery information and full Canadian-dollar total. Shipping, tax and any other applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase. We will provide an order confirmation with the terms applicable to the purchase.
Our shipping and returns policies form part of the sale. If a listing or price contains an error, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
